Who is Yolanda Urena and why is she so passionate about Gourmet Candles?

My name is Yolanda Urena and I am a 40 year old postal worker from Queens NY. I have a dog named Simon and he is a daschund/chihuahua mix. I am of Dominican descent as my parents came from the Dominican Republic in the 1960's. They believed in the the American dream and through hard work have become citizens and I know that they are very proud to be affiliated with this great country. I am fluent in Spanish and I feel that the Latin community will be a big force in the network marketing industry in the years to come.

I got into the gourmet candles when I attended a health fair back in early 2006. I came across some gourmet candles and was impressed with the way that the candle burned and the scent throw. I was used to burning regular paraffin based candles and I was not happy with them. First of all I don't like the way that they burn unevenly and give off black soot. You spend money on a candle and the scent fades before you are halfway done or the wax does not burn evenly! To me that is a waste of money.

I was given a few votives to burn from my sponsor and once I tried them I was hooked! I had received a Pastry Shoppe votive and a Tahitian Spice Vanilla votive. Man were those little candles potent! Not only did they give off scent very well but I noticed that they burned evenly and there was no black soot on the votive holder! I was also amazed at how they burned evenly and cleanly to the end. This was a very important factor into why I decided that this company was for me. You get your money's worth with this product!

I personally have never had so much fun working with a home based business. The products are excellent and the autoship is a reasonable way to get started. Most every one can afford to build their business with such a low monthly package! I also love that you can sell off your inventory and make a profit. It has worked well for me as people really enjoy our products. For me it really is as simple as "Smell and Sell"!

I must say that the distributors in this company are so helpful and supportive of each other. I have never come across a more friendly group of people with any other business that I have dealt with. I have been in contact with several people in different parts of the US who are always willing to lend a helping hand. What I find is that this company is more like a family than a business!

The management team with this company are a great group of people. They are seasoned network veterans with a vision for the future and I am glad that I am on board! They are really down to earth and they listen to thier distributor base. The company has many new and wonderful additions coming up and is growing at a steady pace. I truly feel that this company will be one of the top candle companies in the future.
